Due to the bespoke nature of our business, please allow 1-2 weeks, or 5-10 business days for orders to ship. For custom orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for items to ship. If, for any reason, this does not suit you, please e-mail us at sales@goodart.com so that we may alleviate any concerns. 

 

 

 RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, GOOD ART HLYWD, Inc. does not accept returns, all sales are final. Any exception to this policy is at our sole discretion. Should you feel you have a good reason for returning any item please write to SALES@GOODART.COM. Be sure to include the date and location of your purchase, your phone number and e-mail contact data. We’ll let you know what we think and what can be done to help.

 

SHIPPING FAQ

Can I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive your USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email sent the moment your order is processed. 

Shipping within the United States

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; and U.S. territories addresses. 

At the moment we only offer USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to ship with any other carrier, please leave a note in your order notes and e-mail us at sales@goodart.com.

When will my order ship?

We try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. However, it is possible that during busy periods, an increase in wait time may be experienced. In the event that your product is on back-order, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.

All custom orders will typically ship within 6-8 weeks after your order has been placed.
